Murray Hill Art Musee is a subsidiary of Top 100 Collectors Group. Top 100 Collectors Group was founded in 2008 in New York by Kevin Yang, a renowned art collector, curator, poet, art critic and veteran art dealer, whose personal art collection experience exceeds 30 years. This time, Murray Hill Art Musee is going to focus on the topic of contemporary Asian art. Contemporary Asian arts hold significant value in today's global cultural landscape. Firstly, they offer a vital lens into the diverse and evolving narratives of Asia, a region characterized by immense cultural, political, and historical complexity. The rise of these artists in the international arena also helps to correct historical imbalances in the global art narrative, giving voice to artists who have been underrepresented in major cultural discussions.

Contemporary Asian arts are enriched by the contributions of artists from different generational cohorts, including those from the 1980s as well as Millennials and Gen Z. The 1980s marked a period of significant transition in Asia, with many artists responding to political changes, economic reforms, and a burgeoning global consciousness. In contrast, Millennials and Gen Z Asian artists are navigating a vastly different landscape shaped by digital technology, globalization, and more immediate access to global dialogues. This generational shift has led to the emergence of artists who engage with issues like digital identity, environmental activism, and intersectional identities in more nuanced ways.

This generational shift reflects broader changes in technology, politics, and culture, with younger artists increasingly using social media and digital platforms to challenge norms, advocate for change, and connect with international audiences. Thus, comparing these generational perspectives highlights how contemporary Asian art continues to evolve, reflecting the ongoing complexity of the region's cultural landscape while contributing to global artistic conversations. With a global vision, Murray Hill Art Musee is going to welcome everyone to appreciate the great selected artworks from the upcoming exhibition: Contemporary Asian Art!
